These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ku911 ("we", "us", "our", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the ku911 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the ku911 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the ku911 platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals from their Account.
• "Force Majeure" means any event outside ku911's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet outages, or payment system failures.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ku911 platform or any part thereof, you represent and warrant that:

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The ku911 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. Players must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration and must remain 21 or older throughout their continued use of the Platform. ku911 enforces age verification at registration and as part of the KYC process prior to any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

3.2 Single Account

Each eligible person may register and maintain only one Account on the ku911 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ku911 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be closed, all balances voided, and all pending withdrawals cancelled.

3.3 Geographic Access

The Platform is operated with Bangladesh as its primary target market. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. ku911 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction beyond the scope of its own operational framework. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is solely at the Player's own risk and responsibility.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. ku911 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ku911 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ku911 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ku911 will never request your password via any communication channel. You must notify ku911 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ku911 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting ku911 Customer Support. Any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method following successful KYC completion. ku911 may close or suspend your Account at any time if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if it is required to do so for regulatory or legal reasons.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ku911 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. ku911 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer channels. ku911 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the ku911 platform are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). ku911 does not accept deposits in any other currency. If a Player's payment source is denominated in a different currency, the Player's payment provider will apply the applicable conversion rate and any associated fees before the deposit reaches ku911.

5.4 Refused Transactions

ku911 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, ku911 may place a temporary hold on the Account and request supporting documentation before proceeding.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ku911 offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on certain game types — including but not limited to low-risk roulette bets, progressive jackpots, or games excluded from the promotion — may not count toward satisfying wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ku911 maintains strict controls to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; using automated software or bots; exploiting errors or technical faults in the Platform to generate bonus credit; or coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Funds and winnings voided and the account suspended.

6.4 Loyalty Program

The ku911 Loyalty Program awards points for eligible real-money wagers. Points accumulate toward tier upgrades that unlock enhanced benefits including higher withdrawal limits, dedicated support access, and bonus multipliers. 07 Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the ku911 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept those rules. Bets are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player except where expressly permitted by ku911 or where a specific market rule provides for bet cancellation (such as a match abandonment policy in cricket betting).

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and vary by game type, market, and Player account tier. ku911 reserves the right to set and amend stake limits at any time. High-value bets may be subject to additional scrutiny, and ku911 reserves the right to void any bet placed in excess of the applicable maximum stake limit for the relevant market.

7.3 Errors and Void Bets

In the event of a technical error, data feed error, or incorrectly priced market, ku911 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. This includes instances where odds or casino game payouts have been published as a result of a system malfunction or human error. ku911 will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve such situations promptly and fairly.

7.4 Results and Payouts

Winning bets are settled and credited to the Player's Account balance promptly after the outcome of the relevant event or game is confirmed. For live sports betting, settlements are based on official results provided by ku911's data partners. For casino games, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for fairness.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku911 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in the reporting of the activity to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku911's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises. ku911 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, whether foreseeable or not.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Platform unavailability, technical errors, or service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events.
